Raised in Pennsylvania in a big Italian family where celebrations were never just events—they were traditions, expressions of love, and moments that brought everyone together—Liv learned early that the way we celebrate matters.

That passion eventually became a career, but not in the traditional sense. Over the years, Liv worked inside nearly every corner of the event industry, from lead wedding planning across the East Coast, to managing events for a major hotel brand, to event planning for a luxury off-premise catering company. Along the way, she has collaborated with hundreds of the industry's top wedding planners, event coordinators, and destination management companies, gaining an uncommon perspective on what drives exceptional events and differentiates those planning them.

Over time, a clear realization emerged: after seeing every side of the industry, Liv wanted to create the planning experience she would personally want if she were the client. She refined the strongest elements and best practices from her career into a planning methodology of her own, and that vision became Planned By Liv.

Planned By Liv is a reflection of the values that have always defined her approach and been praised by her clients: positivity, authenticity, and a genuine love for celebration. Built from both industry expertise and personal passion, the brand exists to create exceptional events while inspiring clients to slow down, enjoy the process, and fully embrace life's most meaningful moments. Bringing people together is what makes Liv happiest, and helping others celebrate the people they love is her way of making the world a little happier.
